KESTAN offers free standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $75 shipping to addresses and P.O boxes within the continental U.S.. Free shipping will automatically be applied at the check out screen on qualifying orders.
Orders that do not reach the $75 threshold will be charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
Yes! Picking up in-store is free. To do so, select "Pick Up In Store" at checkout. To pick up your order, please bring your order confirmation with an I.D. and mention your order to our sales associate at the counter.
We will process orders and ship within 1-2 business days from our location in Southern California. Orders with requested expedited shipping must be placed by 11am PST that day in order for the items to be shipped with the requested shipping option. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday. Orders will not be shipping on holidays; instead, they will ship on the next workday.
Due to their hand crafted nature, please allow an additional 3-5 days for monogrammed items to be customized.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note transit times are provided by USPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.

Orders that do not reach the $175 threshold will be charged a flat shipping fee of $18.00.
The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties and/or custom fees on international shipments. Due to customs, packages may be delayed in some occasions and KESTAN is not responsible for delayed delivery. If the customer decides to refuse or return shipments from Kestan, he/she is responsible for the original shipping charges of the package refused, also any duties, taxes and/or customs fees that have been acquired on the original and/or returned package. The shipping charges, taxes, and fees will be deducted from your merchandise refund once Kestan has received the refused package.
Returns & Exchanges
KESTAN will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with tags in the original packaging for a refund to the customer’s original method of payment.
All returns must be postmarked and mailed within thirty (30) days from date of purchase of the ordered merchandise.

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item has been damaged in transit please notify email@example.com and we will file a claim with the shipping provider and contact the customer with further instructions. It is highly recommended to purchase shipping insurance on returns, as KESTAN is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If you request a refund from KESTAN, you will be refunded for the price of the purchased item and applicable tax, but not for the cost of shipping and/or insurance. Returns intended for a refund will be automatically processed within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Yes! Merchandise purchased at KESTAN.co can be returned to our retail store (visit us here). You must have your invoice with you at the time of return. Our online return policy applies to in store returns.
Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of monogrammed items, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Personal care/use, candles, home, health and beauty, plants, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or credit. If returned, these items will not be credited or returned to the customer.

It is very difficult for us to make changes to orders once they have processed. Please email email@example.com as soon as possible, and we will try and make any changes to the best of our abilities. If the order has already been shipped, then it is the responsibility of the customer to return their order and place a new one with the correct orders. KESTAN is not responsible for any costs associated to changing orders including, but not limited to, shipping fees, duties, and etc.
Monogrammed items cannot be altered once the order has been placed.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that addresses are correctly labeled. Kestan is not responsible for incorrect addresses and a fee will be applied to packages that need to be re-shipped.
If you return one or more items from a "Buy More, Save More" event, the bundle discount will vary accordingly and the refunded amount will be based on what you keep.
If you cancel one or more items before they ship, the discounted amount will be adjusted to reflect the number of items you are actually purchasing or remaining in your order.
Should a case arise where the money is owed, KESTAN will notify you prior to charging your original method of payment for your consent.
KESTAN offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to the original form of payment. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
Gifting at KESTAN
We currently do not offer customized gift wrapping, but our products are shipped in the follow ways:
Garments: All KESTAN clothing is packed flat in a custom KESTAN reusable garment bag.
Jewelry: Necklaces are shipped in our gunmetal KESTAN embossed jewelry boxes. Rings are shipped inside our KESTAN velvet pouches. Earrings are placed on gold embossed KESTAN cards and placed inside a KESTAN velvet pouch.
Candles: Our KESTAN candles are wrapped in KESTAN tissue paper.
KESTAN partner products: Partner products (i.e. books, kitchen, skincare, etc.) are shipped in original packaging as displayed in the product photos online.
Gift returns must be accompanied with a gift receipt or purchase validation within 30 days of purchase and will be credited back via store credit. If you have any questions at all, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes! Gift returns must be accompanied with a gift receipt or purchase validation within 30 days of purchase. If the customer would like to exchange for a higher priced item, then the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
