Summer embodies an incredible innate gracefulness and charm, and you can't help but feel a sense of calm when spending time with her. Originally from Sydney, she now calls California home where she manages her private interior design business in between jet-setting around the world.

Occupation: Interior Designer
How do you find inspiration when designing spaces: I find inspiration through my travels. I love seeing different designs from hotels and restaurants around the world. All of the cities I've travelled to have their own unique aesthetics. I love bringing a piece home when I get the chance!
Favorite travel destination: This is a tough one...so many places I love! If I was to revisit a city again, it would probably be Paris. I love the food, fashion, interior design, and architecture there!
Best thing to do in Paris: The iconic Eiffel Tower! Having a glass of champagne at the top is so special and romantic. Or check out the Louvre. I love getting lost in the art.
How about food in Paris: To be honest, I don't think I've had a bad meal in Paris! Everything was delicious and made to perfection. Whether it was a cafe, bistro, or fine dining...it was all excellent!
What is "good style" to you: Good style is when someone can take any piece of clothing and make their own signature look. You need to own it!
When friends visit Sydney, you take them to...: Too many things to list! Let's start with the iconic places first - seeing the symphony at the Opera House and climbing up the Harbour Bridge. There's also surfing or swimming at Bondi Beach, and hiking The Blue Mountains. High Tea is also my favorite, and I visit The Tea Room in Queen Victory Building. You can also go wine tasting in Hunter Valley, or visit Featherdale Wildlife park to meet kangaroos and koalas!
Current obsession: Vegan food (even though I'm not vegan)! You have to get so creative with a limited list of ingredients. And there are so many great health benefits to eating vegan as well!
What are you looking forward to: I'm looking forward to exploring California more. I feel like there's so much to do here - driving up the coast, trying different ethnic foods, cool concerts, and new sights...there's so much to explore.
Style obsession: I'm currently loving mules right now. They're the most comfortable shoe out there!
Next travel dream: I really want to visit Morocco. People tell me it's an interior designers' paradise.
Favorite Kestan garment: The Arden tank in black. It's so versatile. It can go with a pair of jeans, a denim skirt, or with culottes and some accessories. You can dress it up or dress it down depending on the occasion!
