Shipping policy

All in-store orders must be returned and processed at the original store of purchase.

For online orders, KESTAN will gladly accept returns on full-priced unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or non-defective merchandise with tags in the original packaging for a refund to the customer’s original method of payment. 

All returns must be postmarked and mailed within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase of the ordered merchandise.

Once we've received the item and checked that its in good condition, we'll issue the refund.

If you request a refund from KESTAN, you will be refunded for the price of the purchased item and applicable tax, but not for the cost of shipping and/or insurance. Returns intended for a refund will be automatically processed within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise.

Any merchandise marked as final sale or discounted products are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
